Price Revision on 600,000 options granted May 22, 2009

| | July 8, 2009 - Further to the news release of May 22, 2009, Kingsman Resources Inc. has revised the pricing of the 600,000 incentive stock options to ten cents, the minimum permitted under Exchange policy.
Subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, each stock option is exercisable into one common share of the company at a price of ten cents per share for a period of five years. Of the options being granted, a total of 200,000 are being granted to directors and officers of the company.

Kingsman Resources Inc. is an exploration and development company with a particular focus on gold, copper, silver, lead, zinc, and molybdenum deposits with a potential for economic grades and large tonnages. The Company's current focus is the International Basin property located 35 miles south of Golden, British Columbia.
