Boyd Hardwicke - New Director

| | January 12, 2010 - Kingsman Resources Inc. ("Kingsman" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the addition of Boyd Hardwicke, P.Eng, a graduate of the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, B.C. in 1955, to the Board of Directors replacing Derek Bartlett who resigned for personal reasons. Mr. Bartlett, the Company's founder and original President has been with the Company since 1992. The Company wishes him well and thanks him for his service.
As a student Mr. Hardwicke worked at Granby's Copper Mountain mine at Princeton. Moving east he became Mine Captain and Assist Chief Engineer at Falconbridge's Main Mine at Falconbridge, Ontario. He became Chief Engineer at the Granby Phoenix Mine located in Greenwood British Columbia and then moved to Granisle Copper (a Granby subsidiary) located at Babine Lake, British Columbia, as Mine Superintendent. Mr. Hardwicke became Mine Manager of Granisle Copper and was later transferred back to The Granby Phoenix Mine as Mine Manager, a position he held for seven years until the mine closed.
The total combined production of the Phoenix and Granisle Mines was: 1.1 million oz Gold, 8.8 million oz Silver and 992 million pounds Copper.
The Board of Directors of Kingsman Resources Inc. welcomes Mr. Hardwicke's extensive large mines expertise for their present and future endeavors.
