Drilling to commence on Luxor Moly Property

May 14, 2010 - Ted Drummond, COO, is pleased to announce the commencement of exploration work on the Luxor molybdenum property, located 27 km northeast of Barriere, British Columbia.

This year's exploration program is focused on a previously defined molybdenum soil anomaly.

In 2008, soil geochemistry, ground magnetometer and Induced Polarization surveys were carried out on the Luxor property. 21 line kilometres of grid were surveyed and 1362 soil samples were collected.
The soil geochemical survey outlined two large north-trending zones of anomalous molybdenum. The main showing or western anomaly coincides closely with a well-developed magnetic low and weakly developed IP chargeability and resistivity highs. 222 soil samples yielded highly anomalous values exceeding 25 ppm Mo, including a high of 942 ppm Mo.

The western anomaly is a remarkably cohesive soil anomaly with approximate dimensions of 1kilometer long by 100 to 450 meters wide. This anomaly is the focus of the current exploration program.

The company is planning to construct a 1.8km exploration access trail which will transect the western soil anomaly. The purpose of the trail is two fold. Firstly, trail construction should expose some bedrock and potentially the source mineralization to the soil anomaly. Secondly, trail construction will provide access for drill sites to test the anomaly at depth.

A diamond drill program of up to 3000 meters is planned to follow.
