Ted Drummond COO, Director Mr. Drummond has been active in the Company since 2003 and has 25 years experience providing strategic direction to publicly traded companies. His activities include public company financings, corporate/capital structuring and management. Mr. Drummond's network of relationships with individual investors will add to Kingsman's financing and corporate communications activities.

Bob McLaughlin President, Director Mr. McLaughlin has over 25 years of experience in strategic marketing and business development worldwide in the telecommunications industry. He directed the vertical integration of 12 business units and managed seven internationally located manufacturing businesses in the eventual growth of one of North America's leading Fortune 500 telecommunications infrastructure and network service providers. Mr. McLaughlin has been a member of numerous Canadian Trade Missions around the world and has been President of Kingsman Resources since July 2004.

Jeanette Hutchinson CFO, Director Born in the United Kingdom, Ms. Hutchinson has a Baccalaureate Equivalent in Geography, Geology and History. She is a paralegal/legal assistant with a major Vancouver law firm and has extensive knowledge of corporate commercial/finance law with 20 years of experience.
