Bob McLaughlin
Position: Director, President
Mr. McLaughlin has over 25 years of experience in strategic marketing and business development worldwide in the telecommunications industry. He directed the vertical integration of 12 business units and managed seven internationally located manufacturing businesses in the eventual growth of one of North America's leading Fortune 500 telecommunications infrastructure and network service providers. Mr. McLaughlin has been a member of numerous Canadian Trade Missions around the world and has been President of Kingsman Resources since July 2004.

 
Jeanette Hutchinson
Position: Director, CFO
Born in the United Kingdom, Ms. Hutchinson has a Baccalaureate Equivalent in Geography, Geology and History. She is a paralegal/legal assistant with a major Vancouver law firm and has extensive knowledge of corporate commercial/finance law with 20 years of experience.

 
Ted Drummond, COO
Position: Director
Mr. Drummond has been active in the Company since 2003 and has 25 years experience providing strategic direction to publicly traded companies. His activities include public company financings, corporate/capital structuring and management. Mr. Drummond's network of relationships with individual investors will add to Kingsman's financing and corporate communications activities.

 
Boyd Hardwicke
Position: Director
Mr. Boyd Hardwicke P.Eng, with a B.A Sc. (Mining)

As a student Mr. Hardwicke worked at Granby's Copper Mountain mine at Princeton. Moving east he became Mine Captain and Assist Chief Engineer at Falconbridge's Main Mine at Falconbridge, Ontario. He became Chief Engineer at the Granby Phoenix Mine located in Greenwood British Columbia and then moved to Granisle Copper (a Granby subsidiary) located at Babine Lake, British Columbia, as Mine Superintendent. Mr. Hardwicke became Mine Manager of Granisle Copper and was later transferred back to The Granby Phoenix Mine as Mine Manager, a position he held for seven years until the mine closed.

The total combined production of the Phoenix and Granisle Mines was: 1.1 million oz Gold, 8.8 million oz Silver and 992 million pounds Copper.

 
James G. Stewart
Position: Director
Mr. Stewart, is an accomplished lawyer who has practiced law in both private practice and as corporate counsel since 1984. He has extensive experience in the fields of mining, corporate finance and securities law. Mr. Stewart has served as a director or senior officer for a number of public companies including Buffalo Gold Ltd., Madison Minerals Inc. and Oromin Explorations Ltd., in addition to being involved in mineral exploration and development projects throughout North, Central, South America and Australasia.
